Cued-Up with Tony Pretzello features interviews from Crossroads Guitar Festival 2004 in Dallas, Texas.

Tony will have interviews and sound bites from Crossroads Guitar Festival 2004 who's purpose was to help raise money for Eric Clapton's Crossroads Centre in Antigua. Musicians in attendance: Eric Clapton, John Mayer, Buddy Guy, BB King, Stevie Vai, Larry Carlton, Pat Metheny, Carlos Santana, Jeff "Skunk" Baxter, Eric Johnson and many, many more.

(PRWEB) June 9, 2004 -- Don't miss the Los Angeles Airing of "Cued-Up with Tony Pretzello" on KRLA 870AM Saturday, July 3rd, at 9pm when Suite 108 brings you all the excitment from the Eric Clapton Crossroads Guitar Festival which took place this past June 4 to June 6, 2004 at Fair Park in Dallas Texas.

Musicians in attendance were the Who's Who of the Guitar: Eric Clapton, John Mayer, Buddy Guy, BB King, Stevie Vai, Larry Carlton, Pat Metheny, Carlos Santana, Jeff "Skunk" Baxter, Eric Johnson and many, many more. These amazing musicians performed on Three stages, including the Cotton Bowl (68,000 capacity). Guitar manufactures were also present.

Tony will have interviews and sound bites from this exciting event who's purpose was to help raise money for Eric Clapton's Crossroads Centre in Antigua. Guitars were donated by Eric Clapton and other top musicians to be auctioned off to the higest bidder.

Cued-Up with Tony Pretzello now airs on KRLA870 AM on saturdays at 9PM Pacific.

Our Second show in this season features bassist Max Bennett. Max talks about how it was to play with musicians like: Charlie Parker, Miles Davis, Peggy Lee, Ella Fitzgerald and Oscar Petersen. You will get the stories behind Max Bennetts travels to Chicago, NY and eventually Los Angeles. On the show you will hear music from the two albums: Max Bennett And Private Reserve and People And Places. Hear Max Bennett on KRLA870 Saturday April 10th at 9PM Pacific.

Next weeks sneak peak: Melissa Gibson joins us live from Nashville, TN. Melissa is out with her new album, titled: Welcome to Stay. The album is full of insightful lyrics and capturing melodies. Melissa's music blurs the lines between americana and country, blended with a twist of folk. Melissa will be performing live in Los Angeles in June. Our First show this season features artists behind the album: Reggae Dreams Vol. 1 released on www.rhombus-records.com . Guests on the show are: Thom and Dee Teresi, Regi Butler, Steven T. Easter, Rick Bosso and Vick Silva. We will be playing cuts from the album which include: Bridge Over troubled water, Chicano Reggae and Everybody Now among others.

Producers Tony Pretzello and Jakob Nielsen from Suite108 Productions are pleased to announce they are joining forces with KRLA 870 AM in launching the weekly radio broadcasting "Cued-Up with Tony Pretzello." It will begin airing on KRLA 870 AM in Los Angeles and San Diego in April on Sundays at 11pm, Pacific Standard Time.

The program interviews top musicians and recording artists, along with producers and record company executives. Upcoming artists include:

Two-time grammy winner and session saxophonist extraordinaire, Ernie Watts, as well as several Rhombus Records Recording artists, featured on Reggae Dreams, Vol. 1.
and many more highly talented musicians...Stay Tuned.

Tony Pretzello has been involved in the entertainment industry for over 20 years. He started playing guitar at age 9 and hasn't stopped since. Tony has performed with recording artists such as Lou Rawls, Jack Jones, among many others. As a promoter, he promoted and helped in developing the careers of David Benoit, Dianne Schuur, Russ Freeman and the Rippingtons, Skywalk, Walter Trout, Max Bennett and others. He was a pioneer in bringing the "Jazz Fusion" music scene into fashion in Los Angeles. He brought groups to LA from Canada, Brazil, and New York City.

In 1997 he launched Hollywood Trax, a half-hour television show syndicated by Network 1. The show featured top recording artists such as: Tina Turner, Sheryl Crow, David Bowie, Silver Chair, Jon Bon Jovi, just to mention a few.

Jakob Nielsen has been involved with radio and television production for more than a decade. He hosted several radio shows in Denmark and worked as a newscutter for a TV station in Denmark. For the last year he has been hosting a weekly radio show on internet radio station, Radio Gets Wild. As owner of Los Angeles production company Suite108 Productions, Jakob co-writes and co-produces 4 weekly radio shows. He also works as a video engineer for a post-production house in Los Angeles.
